There is a product recall on this companies QO load electrical breaker that was recalled back in June 1 2022 on out new home and we were never notified by this company. We found out thru a neighbor! We have called and emailed the several times. We were initially told it would be expedited and then we we reached out again they claim 30-90 days which is unacceptable for a potential fire hazard! There are giving us the run around and making excuses!

There is a electrical panel made by this company which was a recall in my new home. I have been trying to get it resolved since September 2022 and this company will not respond back to me after being referred by the builder. This is a fire hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
