This has to be the worst advisors I've ever encountered. They never answer the phone, customer service is awful, don't return phone calls, can't access website, and also expect everything to be done via USPS. It's 2021 and this is people MONEY. Unfortunately, my employer at the time chose this for our retirement options. I would personally never work with them.
