I would NOT recommend using this company. We have had nothing but issues with plumbing and electrical since we moved in. Along with that they refused to fix a stone that fell off the house a week after we moved in. They put it back on after 6 months and it immediately fell off again. Then they ignored us when we reached out several times to get it fixed. We had other issues that should have been fixed with the warranty like large cracks in concrete and drywall and doors that wouldn’t shut properly.
We went to several open houses and some were from various builders in town. We discovered we really liked the design and quality we saw from Schneider Custom Homes. Our realtor set up a meeting with them, and we really liked what Schneider Custom Homes had to offer and chose them to build our home! We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process! From the friendly staff, to the skilled works, to the quality of the build, we would highly reccommend Schneider Custom Homes!
Andrea, Heidi, and team were wonderful to work with! They made the building process seamless for us and we LOVE our new home. Throughout the entire process, they were timely and responsive including when we had questions after moving in. Amazing company and people!
