We went to several open houses and some were from various builders in town. We discovered we really liked the design and quality we saw from Schneider Custom Homes. Our realtor set up a meeting with them, and we really liked what Schneider Custom Homes had to offer and chose them to build our home! We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process! From the friendly staff, to the skilled works, to the quality of the build, we would highly reccommend Schneider Custom Homes!
Andrea, Heidi, and team were wonderful to work with! They made the building process seamless for us and we LOVE our new home. Throughout the entire process, they were timely and responsive including when we had questions after moving in. Amazing company and people!

Do not buy a house that this builder built. Within the first 9 months our ceiling literally came apart from the roof. They came & nailed everything back together. But they muddled where they needed to fix it. Was suppose to come back & paint it. We have been here 3 years & to this day haven’t came back to paint it. They are vaulted ceiling’s so I can’t get up there. Terrible Terrible builder!!!!! Tammy & GARRY Schulz
