We absolutely love our home! We had not built before - and working with the Schneider team made it all so easy. Debby’s eye for color and detail - and her patience as we struggled to make decisions - was invaluable. And everyone was quickly responsive to questions. A great experience and a perfect home! Schneider Custom Homes was a great decision for us as we decided to build our dream home. The timeline was seamless from choosing a floor plan, meeting with Debby and Heidi to choose our interior design. They use an app that shows every decision made with price included, and everyone on the team can see the communication. I would NOT recommend using this company. We have had nothing but issues with plumbing and electrical since we moved in. Along with that they refused to fix a stone that fell off the house a week after we moved in. They put it back on after 6 months and it immediately fell off again. Then they ignored us when we reached out several times to get it fixed. We had other issues that should have been fixed with the warranty like large cracks in concrete and drywall and doors that wouldn’t shut properly.
We went to several open houses and some were from various builders in town. We discovered we really liked the design and quality we saw from Schneider Custom Homes. Our realtor set up a meeting with them, and we really liked what Schneider Custom Homes had to offer and chose them to build our home! We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process! From the friendly staff, to the skilled works, to the quality of the build, we would highly reccommend Schneider Custom Homes!
