Alan is super sweet! Very professional and did a amazing job! He was on time and also helped moved some things around. Our carpets was super stiff and really dirty and he brought it back to life! We also have 3 kids that got ahold oh melted wax and got it all over....Alan was able to lift the melted wax from the carpet!!! AMAZING!!!
