Jared, Jose, Jordan and Mike were our Schneider crew from setting up the appointment + walkthrough, to the demo and thru the installation. Every single one of them was professional, honest, kind, fast, and tidy. There were no questions left unasked after the initial walkthrough and we were left with a beautiful, brand-new second floor carpet - and we couldn't be happier with the entire process.
I hate writing negative reviews, but I did not have a great experience with Schneider. They redid our bathroom and kitchen and while the floors eventually got done, I wouldn't say the finish was "flawless"-- and they were way off schedule. I don't want to be too harsh about the actual people who were laying the floors, I know that is hard work.
