Our experience was simply wonderful – start to finish. From Andrea in the store helping us select a carpet that best suited our needs, to Curt as the project manager (fielding several questions I had along the way), to the installation crew (both installation and clean up). The carpet looks (and feels) amazing. We would highly recommend Schneider Carpet One and would definitely do business with them again. Thank you!!

Great customer service from when we walked into the store to choose samples through the installation and clean up!
We had some flooding in June and looked for ways to save money. I tore up the carpet myself to save money, hoping to reuse it. Other companies said they would only install new carpet if I bought from them. Schneider came by, assessed my situation and gave me a list of options. They came out ready to install, helped me realize part of my basement was still wet and came back another day, never making me feel like a burden.
