One of my favorite places in the world. Tranquil and calming, beautiful and raw, it is exactly what you make of it, from nesting in your cabin, walking the pathways and roads, or sitting carelessly by the creek, you can take it all in. always clean and well maintained!
We visited the area and Schnabel's Woods this past week to get a feel for it and we just fell in love.. We are hoping to buy a vacation cottage in there in the near future.. It's just a magical place!
It's a private community not open to the public. You must own a cabin in there or be there with someone that owns a cabin. Gated community and only recreational. Can't be there more then 6 months out of the year.
