I wanted my long hair cut in layers, and a long time ago, other salons used to charge me a pretty penny for just cutting my ends. When I asked them; please, can you cut my hair in layers, they told me, they could not do it. So I started to cut my own hair for the last 15 years with a special clip to make layers.
