Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. I'll never forget, when I went there 3 years ago andthe cook was handling the raw Bacon, then the plates, then the bacon, the your plate. I told the owner and he said "okay I'll take care of it.". He said something to the Cook. The following week or so, I figured I'd still keep going there since he rectify the problem however they were doing the same thing.
