Very nice people easy to deal with and fixed my problem right away
Where to begin….every step of the way, the experience was a mess. They did not understand how to work permits with the city. I had to constantly engage and follow-up on inspection steps. At one point, I even had to show them how to query their own permit online. We had an addition added to the back and support posts replaced on the front porch. What has at times been a frustrating process has come to a happy resolution. I will leave the original review below, as is, but know that a lot of it was based on my frustration at the time dealing with the lack of communication and coordination, and probably reads harsher than it should. The problems I had with the earlier communication issues were explained (not excused, but honestly explained) and corrective action was taken.
