After high winds caused damage in the area a Schmucker representative called back within 2 days as promised. Additionally, a representative did arrive the next day and completed the roof inspection and repair as quoted. The repairman was respectful and conscientious and did a good job. I would recommend Schmucker Quality Construction to my friends and neighbors.
I had a top tier experience with Schmucker Quality. had to get a roof done quickly for insurance. From the beginning, communicating with Dylan and the girls in the office was straight forward. They gave me CLEAR info on WHEN the job would be done and HOW MUCH it would cost. Extremely straight forward with a no nonsense or fine print type of deception.
