What has at times been a frustrating process has come to a happy resolution. I will leave the original review below, as is, but know that a lot of it was based on my frustration at the time dealing with the lack of communication and coordination, and probably reads harsher than it should. The problems I had with the earlier communication issues were explained (not excused, but honestly explained) and corrective action was taken. As a single mom it's always hard to know who to call when you need something fixed. You always pray for someone knowledgeable and fair. I called Schmucker Roofing ( they deal in roof replacement ) and spoke with Tyler who referred me to Alan at Schmucker Quality Construction since I just needed someone to look at my roof for possible repairs.
