Called to ask customer service rep a question about my home flood. Customer service representative was extremely rude, wouldn't listen to my question and just kept saying, "you're not listening to me... I already told you that's not what we do here" I let him finish what he had to say then tried repeatedly making my question more clearer but before I could even finish he would cut me off and repeat his same phrase.
