Today is our first visit at Schmitz for a tire repair. Super happy and satisfied, given our recent experience at the dealers. They said they found a screw in the tire at an angle and that it is impossible to remove; therefore it is necessary to buy a new tire! Not going there. Following a friend referral to Schmitz. Booked an appointment, got in and out in 20 minutes. Great results. And the staff are super nice! Thks so much!!!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with this mechanic shop — specifically the manager, Jeremie Newby. I came in hoping for professional service and clear communication, but Jeremie made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Unprofessional people
Please don't bring your car here for repairs or inspections — they are very dishonest. The front desk staff's behavior is unprofessional, and the inspector lacks technical knowledge. I brought my car in for inspection; the tires were new with only a small scratch, but he still failed it. I went to another place, and it passed with no issues.
