Sometimes when you call there they are so rude. Dr. Walker walked out of the room while I was in labor with my 5 year old and I birthed and caught her all by myself and then he yelled at me because I didn't have an epidural so he could control my labor. My gynecologist left and I am high risk for cervical cancer but I would rather die from cervical cancer than ever let him come near me again. Recently I had an insurance problem with a doctor I had seen outside of the Medical Center. I spent hours trying to get the insurance problem resolved without success. Finally, I reached out to the staff in the medical center that handle insurance issues. In one day they had handled the situation and found a way for me not to have to pay the bills. I have always been happy with Dr. Low. Now I'm also very thankful for the Medical Center staff.
