Note from a Co-owner While Schmitt Jewelers welcomes reviews from people who have visited the store, we are dubious of some of the negative reviews. One reads like an ad for a competing jeweler (?!) and the other claims to have been a customer, yet Schmitt Jewelers has no record of that 'customer.'
Honest Establishment, Great Family Business There have been great family jewelers in Phoenix and this is one of the last of those. Great Shop Nice jeweler shop, plenty of collection and exquisite designs, they will make necessary adjustments suited to your taste. A stone came loose off my earrings and they fixed it in no time. I also had some pretty diamonds of my mother that I got made in pretty rings. The workmanship was excellent and the work was always completed on time
Spectacular service and quality We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary & took our original diamonds in to have them reset. Tom took excellent care of us. The ring is fabulous! They created a look that was exactly what I had envisioned and produced it in a very timely fashion. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS here! I will definitely return to Schmitt Jewelers in the future.
