Schmitt Dental Hendersonville office. The office management did not notify me that I had overpaid and owed a refund. My Explanation of Benefits (EOB), received in May 2026, reflected an overpayment. However, rather than informing me that I was owed a refund, the overpayment was simply applied as a credit to my account without my knowledge.
