Been living here for 8 years. The maintenance guy is pretty cool. Waited that long for a ground floor apartment due to my health issues. One was available in the same building, expressed interest, interest was acknowledged by the landlord. Rented it to someone else.
Great people to rent from. Maintenance is always super responsive, place is well taken care of, they’ve never just showed up unannounced or anything. Comfortable and very reasonable price!
The location of my apartment was great and so was the price they unit itself was outdated but the layout was great and the storage along with balcony was perfect for me;but we had issues all the time with my unit. Every year my AC wouldn't work and maintenence would have to have heating/cooling come out to look at it. My water heater had to be replaced along with my heating unit also the building I lived in had shared laundry which the dryers didn't work they desperately needed replaced but instead management just posted sig... read more
