They were sent the wrong window but took care of it quickly and came the next morning. Took about half an hour, they cleaned up all the broken glass and even chitchatted while my husband and I watched. Charged exactly what they quoted us! Thanks for fixing our window!!
Gave this guy my account, he comes in with his helper, broke a windshield and an antenna and doesn’t tell anyone and leaves, I call him back and of course im angry and he tells me to have someone else do the work. No apologies no correction of the situation just hangs up. I’ve been in the autobody business for 26 yrs and never have I run into a more unprofessional situation.
