We ordered the headstone in August of 2023 today as of June 2024 we still have no headstone placement have been assured it is completed but couldn't locate the file for verification, and says that they have been in contact with the cemetery to schedule placement but if that has been done why havent they been consistent with persuing the placement. Oh that's right they can't find our file. Horrible and disorganized
I had issues,in the past year, getting our stones in a timely manner also. We were not told the owner, Jim Schmidt is having serious health issues and an elderly gentleman is filling in for him. There is no one else to verify orders are being filled. The actual stones turned out beautiful and prices were the best around.

Even though the communication had something to be desired the end results turned out really good . The men were exceptional installing the headstone.
Do not use this place!! They definitely do not know what they're doing! They definitely do not communicate with you. And it will take you months to get your headstone completed. We haven't even received ours yet and it's been 4 months since we ordered it. You have to keep calling them and they make excuse after excuse, saying it's going to be ready on a certain date, and never is. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY! ! still waiting!
