With the recent closure of the Rite Aid on Grand Street, all prescriptions were transferred to Duane Reade at Delancy Street. Recently I attempted to call them, was on hold for an hour. Tried again and after an hour of waiting went into Duane Reade and observed no one speaking on the phone. I put my phone on speaker while waiting in line.
