The doctor is great when u can see him. Made an appt and got in very easily. Then the trouble with his secretary started. Got a final notice bill before getting a first bill. His secretary needs people skills as well. Called numerous times for follow up appts and never received a call back. When we did get through to her she was rude and abrupt. I don't know about other places but I would assume your secretary is the face your patients see and deal with. If this woman is his offices face I'm surprised patients return after s... read more

The Doctor is fantastic . The receptionist is not . Rude , unfriendly, says it’s not her job to follow up with insurance she doesn’t have time . She refuses to speak to my spouse who takes care of everything that has to do with our Medical Insurance. So in summary . Fabulous Doctor . Not fabulous front office . Read the reviews they complain about her .
Dr. Schmidt is amazing! I had to have a procedure that terrified me. Dr. Schmidt talked me through everything. He does excellent work and has wonderful bedside manner. An 100% satisfied with his care!
