We had the heater core replaced on our Ford Taurus - which is no small job, as the dash comes out. The service manager, Brennan communicated well the entire process. I also feel the price we paid was competitive / more than fair considering the amount of work involved. I also must add that a small town dealer such as Schmitt Ford has a reputation to uphold and strive for customer satisfaction. (Something you may not find at a large urban repair shop).
I was on my way to Florida when my truck broke down in Salem. Fortunately, I was very close to this dealership. I left my truck here and these guys took care of me well. They dealt with the warranty company and got me back on the road as soon as they could. Absolutely spectacular service. Everyone in this town was exceptionally kind and helpful. I went to Schmidt for an oil change for my Lincoln. Not only did they have the oil my car required but their service was much cheaper than other facilities. They thoroughly checked my vehicle and gave me a written estimate for work that will need to be done in the future. The service by all involved was outstanding. I will definitely go back to this business.
