My F-250 air conditioner compressor failed while on a road trip in July. I was several hundred miles from home and the summer temperature was unbearable. Schmidt Ford worked me into their busy schedule and replaced my compressor under warranty. They really got me out of a bind and got me on my way so I was able to get back on schedule. I was carrying camping gear for a group of college students and it was important that I arrived at my destination on time. Thank you Schmidt Ford!

I gotta give 5 stars. Jonathan Siddell has a very calming demeanor and isn't pushy at all. Willing to answer any question I had and willing to be up front when asked certain questions. While I didn't get a great deal on my truck due to it being a one of a kind paint job and package they did offer 2k more than any other dealer for my trade-in towards a used truck. Plus the ford f150 just rides so much smoother than other trucks in it's class. Overall good experience.
We had the heater core replaced on our Ford Taurus - which is no small job, as the dash comes out. The service manager, Brennan communicated well the entire process. I also feel the price we paid was competitive / more than fair considering the amount of work involved. I also must add that a small town dealer such as Schmitt Ford has a reputation to uphold and strive for customer satisfaction. (Something you may not find at a large urban repair shop).
