Schmidt Builders is currently constructing homes in my neighborhood, and they completely fail to maintain their lots. It is astounding that a builder developing properties in the $600K range refuses to spend even a nominal amount to keep the grass cut and the grounds properly kept. The attached photos clearly demonstrate this ongoing lack of maintenance. The negligence has reached a point where it makes me wonder if a class-action lawsuit or other legal action is warranted.
