Very thorough and knowledgeable!
Giving them one star is generous! We have been customers of Wooster Service Now for at least 10 years and have been part of their service club that you pay monthly to have bi-yearly service and expedited service for issues that may arise. We needed a new air conditioning unit installed in May of 2024 and were offered 3 options by Greg Murphy. He assured us that if we went with the most expensive one that we would get $2000 off the top of our taxes. We questioned him many times and he continued to state $2000 off the top of o... read more
