I have worked along side and referred Schmidke Construction for over 7 years. Their work is always spot on, detailed well and they are always looking to exceed the client's expectations on every level. Joshua is always easy to communicate with as well as get ahold of, works with clients on their budgets and deadlines too. They are always ready for all project types, small and large and you couldn't go wrong by hiring them.

We hired Schmidke C.C. thru a designer we were working with to update two bathrooms in our home. She knew of this company, but had only worked with Schmidke C.C. briefly before as her preferred contractor was not available. That unavailability turned out to be a lucky stroke for us. Schmidke C.C., headed by their CEO, Joshua Schmidke, came in to view the project and sat down with us to discuss the details, costs, etc. He made suggestions that were helpful and went to work. Schmidke Construction does exceptional work. They remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and we had them remodel our bathroom last year. They are the only ones I would use for our construction needs. His quality of work is what sets him apart from other companies. He is detailed and a perfectionist in his work. We're putting on an addition this fall and we will use Schmidke Construction. I can't wait to see the results.

A team of professionals providing quality construction services. We entered into a contract with Schmidke Construction for the construction of our new home in Saint Joseph, MI and will do the same if we ever decide to build again. Our experience was great and we continue our contacts with Josh Schmidke on a regular basis. I would recommend Josh and his company very highly.
