Very rude over the phone. I called just to pitch some drone services and they seemed to have been offended for some reason. Either way, very poor customer service.
Called to ask where I can get my new truck weighed for the DMV. The guy who I spoke to was VERY helpful and knowledgeable and lead me to the correct place. He deserves 5 stars. The man at the scale shack was very quiet and short and rude. I had told him multiple times I have never had to weigh one of my vehicles before and he didn’t seem to care, therefore I had no idea what I was doing or needed to do. He gave little to no directions. Not helpful and not great with communicating with customers.
Modern facility. Manager Mike Duncan gave us a tour of the facility, and of the site-wide improvements he has implemented across all sectors of the business. Facility has streamlined their processes, and their logistics demonstrate a clear customer-focused.model.
