Great customer service! Called this morning with ongoing upper and lower back issues and they were able to fit me in the same day at probably the last appointment of the day. Much appreciated! Dr. Schmid was great; explaining the process for improving my back in detail. He did a great job of readjusting what needed to be fixed and I’m very pleased overall! I had a very bad experience with Schmid Chiro Clinic. Initially they checked my insurance and told me that I am covered with all the sessions for $225. I agree to continue . Later on the 3rd session the receptionist told me to pay another $751 and they explained they check the individuals deductiable and not family, its their mistake they checked the for individual and not family deductiable this cost me more money. i pay $225 for 16 session and with this mistake from them i have to pay $225 + $31 for 2 seesion if this is th... read more
Really nice people. The staff was amazing and professional and Chiropractor was so nice and was very concerned about where I was hurting and he took out the extra time to explain to me why i was hurting along with X-rays so I could see for myself! I will come back here for as long as it takes!! They accepted my insurance so it wasn’t a financial burden on me!!! I recommend the Chiropractic Clinic 1000 times over!!
