Took 3 kids to get their ears pierced. Gave us back to back appointments and were super helpful and knowledgeable from the booking all the way to the aftercare. I even snuck my own piercing in at the end. Reasonably priced, professional and great with kids. The kids gave their experience 5 stars. Will recommend to everyone especially for kids!
I had gotten a double helix piercing done here back in November and it never really healed right. They began to tip. I couldn’t go to them during their hours so I went elsewhere to get them checked out. They had pierced them with earrings that were too small and therefore having no stability and causing them to tip. I had a lobe piercing improperly done somewhere else and the fresh earring came out as a result. That shop was closed and Schmatta saved me because they are open Sundays, and fit me in right away. I’m really thankful to Lara and Steve for being so helpful and kind. Seriously, Lara was SO SO kind and patient with me.. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so nice. She’s special! Thank you guys so much!
Got my tongue pierced here, apparently my piercer (the chick, I don't remember her name) has been piercing for years but still doesn't seem like it was done right. That aside, I wasnt led through the process at all, had all of my questions brushed off, and when I got pierced I had nothing to help with the saliva (as tongue piercings are known to cause)like papertowel or something, it also felt as though she just wanted me out the entire time. I wouldn't come back here for another, I hope your experience is better than mine.
