I was first referred to this company by my agent when buying a home. I've only dealt with Dennis when insuring my home. Dennis makes multiple excuses on why he falls short on call backs, follow ups(when there's a problem), not filing the correct paper work. I will be switching from this company. I recommend going else where.
Called for a quote today 10/18/23, their agent said he couldn’t be bothered to quote me unless I tell him what I’m currently paying. I declined to say in advance of a quote, he said “bye”. I never got a quote. Interesting tactic. I guess they aren’t looking for new customers here. I’ll take my business to someone else who actually gives a hoot.
