This was my second time visiting waterloo Hyundai and i am very satisfied with their customer service and they really helps you to clear your doubts ,I would also like to mention the amazing service i got from service department. i will recommend this dealership if you are looking for better experience in KW region.
I had a very poor experience with the service department. My oil wasn’t changed, which is why they didn’t put a new sticker on my car, and the other issues I reported were not addressed at all. One month after the service, my car overheated while I was driving home. When I called the service department, they said it was the weekend and they couldn’t look at my car because the department was closed, and I also could not get an appointment.
