I have owned more than one Hyundai, and planned on another one. Had my 2023 Ionic in for service; while there enquired about a trade. I was not offered the book value for my car (2 yrs old and very low miles) . I went to a different car dealership (different make) and was offered book value so have traded my car elsewhere. So much for treating customers with respect.
Went for my car inspection and got my parts replaced under warranty. The staff(justin) was really helpful and supportive. Would recommend this dealership to my friends as well.
The people at the service department are unprofessional and careless, kind of rude as well. Especially the manager and they lack expertise , never going back there again. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.
