TLDR; service people not helpful or trustworthy, recommended I replace tire that was perfectly fine. Last summer I had to replace my tires, and found that they offered no meaningful help in selecting a tire make/model, and everything seemed pretty expensive. I decided to shop around and found that Tirecraft on Weber was very helpful in selecting the tire make/model, and their prices were better. Great dealership ... just put a deposit down on a vehicle from here. Friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable about their vehicles, not pushy yet approachable. I know that we'll be back.
My car broke down on the highway last Thursday and Schlueters was able to help me get a tow truck right away and off the highway the were also able to fix everything that went wrong with my car. Ethan greeted me at the door when I came in with the tow truck driver and insured me everything was going to be okay and they can have it fixed and back on the road witch they did.
