I received multiple quotations and the pricing was comparable and consistent with other services I’ve used. The technician was very competent and properly detailed the maintenance processes for my ductless system.
Troubleshooting was easy thanks to the thorough dismantling.
I was given a fair quotation and the installation of the new AC was done quickly. My only complaint would be that I was not told when the technician would be coming to my house.
The quote for the heating system repair was affordable and I enjoyed the fact that I could comprehend what the specialist was doing while they were here. He went on with a full explanation of the problem, which made me more mindful of the procedure.
Initially, I was concerned about the complexity of dismantling our older A/C system, but they methodically took it apart over the course of an afternoon without any damage to adjacent equipment. They explained each step as they progressed, which reassured me that everything was being handled correctly.
