First time patron here at Schlotzsky's! As always I hate deciding on new food and have the server normally tell me what they think is best and then make my decision from there. Today the cashier and I chose the Beef Bacon Smoke Cheesy hot sandwich added a side of beef broth for dipping and sat torn between Loaded Potato and broccoli and cheese soup. Best decision ever especially when Karen H. told me to mix the two soups. Awesome flavor my taste buds have found a favorite. Thank you for such wonderful service!
Food was really good service was good restaurant was clean enjoyed our lunch
I ordered 1 sandwich threw the drive threw 4 cars in front of me I set there for 15 min and the line never and I mean never moved so I went in side and told them what had happened and I noticed the employees where arguing with each other and I still waited another 15 min inside for a total of 30 min, I’m thinking about never going back !!!!
We went to the zoo and have never been to a schlotzskys before we dont have one were we live the food was delicious sandwiches my favorite

I was never so upset when they closed the ones in the Lansing area,and later found out they have one in Battle Creek. Kill teo birds with one stone of going to the zoo and getting the best smoked turkey on sour dough sandwiches in history
Enjoyed the soup and sandwich there. Broccoli Cheese was very similar to the Panera recipe. Delish. Pastrami on dark rye was also very good. We'll go back sometime.
