The service rep went above and beyond to locate the cable needed to repair my automatic sliding door on my Honda Odyssey! The service technician checked everything and let me know that I needed to replace my original battery... lasted for 140,000 miles! Speedy service, less then 4 hours! Happy I bought my van at Honda City!!
Very organized, very polite employees, clean and comfortable waiting area, took less time than estimated. I was very impressed with Honda City overall.
