Had a great experience at Honda City. Sale department was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Service department was extremely efficient and quick. Great waiting area as well. All around it is a wonderful dealership to work with.
Do not buy a car here. They will rip you off. I bought a brand new 2013 CRV from them less than a year ago. I've now had the car serviced 4 times already. 4 times for the car battery running low, and once for a grinding noise at start up. The battery has been replaced twice within a year, and they've done nothing about the noise because they could not replicate it. I'm convinced this car will just continue to have issues. PARTS department have clueless workers – Basically, I wanted to change the rear differential fluid on my CRV. The guy at least knew what the fluid looked like, but when I asked for the washers - he gave me only one instead of two. I asked him to check, and then after like 15min he gave me two 12mm washers. I've never done it before on a CRV so I figured the plugs are smaller on a differential ...
