RecommendedGood people ,very friendly and I keep coming back for my transmission needs.
Heard nothing but wonderful things about this place and heard they did ALL kinds of car repair such as oil changes so it was time to call and I asked them when I called to make sure and they said yes and within a couple of days they said they could get me in and made my appointment for 3PM. I thought it would be 20 to 30 minutes at the max since I live right down the street from them! I get over there at 2:50PM and they didn’t even get my car pulled in until 4PM. Took my Chrysler Aspen in for what I had been told by another shop was just timing chains. Once Schlosser’s looked at it, instead of putting them on knowing my engine was bad and would eat them up they found me a good used engine and got me back up and running quickly. They answered my questions afterwards and even made sure that it was running as it should several days later. Great customer service! Thanks for all your help Chuck!!
This place is amazing. Chuck and his crew saved my behind. I had a major issue with my truck, was 300 miles from home, and they treated me like family. Fixed my issue and took care of several smaller issues. Great service and I wish they were closer! Thank you again.
I was told it would take an hour and a half for them to inspect my transmission. It's now been 72 hours and they haven't even taken a look at my car. I was lied to multiple times.. horrible service!!
