Schloss was great in the beginning with the quote and plan but after we signed a contract they completely ghosted me. I called several times and never got a call back. Finally after getting a hold of someone they said they would start in a week or two. Never heard from the again. I lost a whole summer with no landscaping waiting around for them. Would not recommend.
We decided on Schloss for our backyard landscape/hardscape after speaking with a handful of other landscapers in the area. Eric did an excellent job in creating a design and doing all the preliminary work which outshined the other folks we got quotes from. Once the work began, we were even more impressed with the crew and their effort. No corners were cut and they were all very diligent. I can not say enough amazing things about this company! Being new to the area and gathering I don’t want to say how many quotes we decided to go with Schloss for our backyard renovation. They were the ONLY company who was up front about what we needed in our backyard to deal with water mitigation but they didn’t try to add on to the project just to add dollar signs.
