Dr Schetter is an excellent dentist. My son had an emergency and he was there during his day off to offer help and a quick diagnostic. He is also very good with the kids. Santiago

I have been going to Dr. Schletter since he started his practice. He is a Saint and more - compassionate and caring for his patients - not money grubbing in and out the door. For those in financial need he tries his best to work things out. Regarding his professionalism - he is tops in his trade - nothing more to say. Always forthright and honest to a fault. Finally, I am shocked to read below bad words on his receptionist. You call the office and decide for yourself! She's a SWEETHEART!

I would definitely recommend this office to others. I'm a very nervous dental patient, and when my husband's insurance coverage changed, wasn't happy to have to change dentists. From the moment I called the office, all of my fears were eased. The receptionist was friendly, caring and made me feel completely comfortable. Scheduling appointments for myself and 2 kids was easy and convenient. Seeing Dr. Schletter, I felt the same trust and confidence! So glad to be under this office's care!

I would not recommend this dentist. I tried scheduling an appointment today. I explained that I have insurance coverage and gave the receptionist my insurance information. She would not book an appointment unless my insurance company called the office and verified my coverage. I explained that I have been using the plan for many years without difficulty. The receptionist still would not book an appointment. Thus, the receptionist is essentially pushing her clerical work onto the patient.
