DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! I recently moved here from Chicago & made an appointment. Dr. Schlesinger told me that he needed to check my potassium which I was fine with as it is normal maintenance for the medication that I take. However, several weeks later I received a bill in the mail & found out that he had ordered ~$160 of unnecessary lab work that was not indicated. He even checked my cholesterol which wouldn't have been accurate because I had not fasted. This is both robbery & fraud.
I did not think that Dr Schlessinger really cared about my well being. He showed no emotion, no greeting to speak of.He did a quick exam and then he introduced the assistant who would do the work. He did do one procedure himself, but again, no expression of care. I do think he is a good medical Dr. but not good bedside manners.
