Mrs. SCHLEPPHORST HAS REPRESENTED ME AS A MINOR AND ALSO AS AN ADULT. SHE IS A WONDERFUL ATTORNEY AND HER STAFF IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE LIKELY COMING FROM PEOPLE THAT WERE UNABLE TO SWAY THE SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN VERY BLESSED AS A CHILD AS WELL AS NOW AS A PARENT. SHE WAS NEVER UNFAIR WITH MY CHILDS FATHER. HE MADE HIS CHOICE NOT TO FOLLOW THE COURT ORDER AND THAT WAS WHEN IT WENT SOUTH. JUDGES DECISION NOT THE ATTORNEYS.

I agree with the other two reviewers. She is the worst. A quote from a recent article… “ Attorney Kathryn Schlepphorst , Emede’s former law partner, continues to act as the biggest asset for the criminal enterprise operating in the county’s local courts. She whispers in the ears of judges, keeps watch over referrals of cases, and looks for leaks that could expose the outright racketering that has harmed countless California families with the full knowledge of the state’s most powerful lawyers and judges.”

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer. She is clearly blind and enabling parental alienation. She does not care about the best interest of the child, she cares about the best interest for her business. Trying to stay busy and keeping clientele. I am sad for all of the other children who are being misrepresented by her.
