I stopped in this week to have them do a small custom sheet metal project. Very nice staff. Project cost came in MUCH lower than their estimate. I was also told to expect the project taking a couple of days. They had it done within the hour.

They have the worse customer service we’ve experienced for a long time. My grandma has been waiting for her gas insert since before October. Each time she’s called, she’s gotten a different answer/excuse. They were supposed to be out Saturday, but canceled, again. I sure hope you don’t do this to every customer🤷🏻‍♀️.

Visited my brother in Wabash and was excited to see their new fireplace until their new fireplace filled the home with smoke. They called the company and was basically given a million excuses but NOBODY was willing to come out and check the situation. I hope this company does not rely on customer referrals because after seeing this, I would warn everyone to avoid hiring these people!

We had a buck wood burning stove and needed to change over to a gas log and everything went like clock work and we could not be more satisfied with the entire crew and work that was done. Love Love Love it. Highly recommend this company!

Came to the Greentown store to buy a smoker. The store was closed with a sign on the door saying they were "out enjoying the summer weather" (and we all know how much rain we've gotten this May) they are only open Tuesday's and Thursday's although their website says Monday through Friday. We called the # on the door for assistance. We were told "sorry about your luck" from the person who answered our call. I don't believe this is the way to treat a customer. We will do our business elsewhere.
