Adam was awesome and he made the whole process take less than 30 minutes !
Friendly very easy process
Would NOT recommend. They constantly change your rate. Started at 60.00 a month and ended at 171.00 a month. Their response is some crap about how corporate changes the rates based on availability and need in your area. I was able to find another storage rental company 71.00 cheaper right down the road for the same size unit. They get you with the promotional rate and then constantly jack the cost up. Only positive was that the staff were pleasant to interact with.
Check my update! Original review: Very friendly service and gave us a solution to our needs. The month to month lease is great since we only need it for 3 months. Climate controlled too!! Update 6/11/25: My initial review was done at the time I rented the units at the request of Adam. Turned out we needed the units more thanbthree months. After about a year the prices were raised 31% on one unit and 39% on the other with no justification!!! Just the contractual statement that says they can.
