Contacted Adam at the ringwood site, he was very helpful in helping me find the perfect size unit. Great experience here.
Adam was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is clean and easily accessible.
I secured a unit in February and the rate was $135 but was told if I paid 4 months at once I could get the unit for $125. Not once did they say it was a promotional rate. Not once did they say the rate would increase by 65%. A staggering $205 a month. I no longer have the contract I signed but I’m guessing it’s in the fine print. What a bait and switch this is. I’m on a fixed income plus at 59 years old I moved 90% of my stuff myself over 2 weeks. I went further away from my location because of the rate. Buyer beware. Lookin... read more
