Overall we loved this place until we where told ANYONE over 230lbs can't use the boat ladders. So we ended up going through dells water sports who don't have a limit so everyone in our party could swim.
Had a wonderful time on the pontoon. Easy to reserve and very friendly family that runs this place. Can't beat the price!

They don’t allow anyone over 250lbs to be on the boat. No matter their height. Says the boat can’t handle it. There was three of us, only 1 is over 250. Doesn’t make sense. Very rude the second I went down to the window to ask a question. “If you don’t have an appointment you will have to wait.” Okay no problem Lady... I waited and then telling me how I don’t know what I’m getting into going into lake delton... I’ve lived on the lake before. I know. I just wanted to rent it for my dad for a few hours. Hello. I wanted to reach out and talk about your concerns and complaints. The pontoon can accommodate up to 10 people, the individual weight limit is set by the manufacturer of the driver seat and swim ladder. If a person is at or above 230 pounds, regardless of height, they are not able to drive or use the ladder. Your dad would have been able to enjoy the pontoon boat. Very friendly staff, super helpful, they are handicap accessible and accommodated our grandma who is in a wheelchair and we were able to get her out on the lake with us! Such a great deal too! We will definitely be back and I will be recommending this business to friends and family!
