Schlatter's is a new contractor for my HVAC system. They were in a word: outstanding. They showed up on time - every time. They give me pricing to make decisions before the work was done. They are excellent communicators, explaining the work to be done in a non-technical way to understand what needed to be done and why. Mason is an excellent service technician. Amazing service! We really appreciated their responsiveness, they were one of the few HVAC companies who would actually answer their phone and emails and genuinely seemed eager to help!
