Schlatter's is a new contractor for my HVAC system. They were in a word: outstanding. They showed up on time - every time. They give me pricing to make decisions before the work was done. They are excellent communicators, explaining the work to be done in a non-technical way to understand what needed to be done and why. Mason is an excellent service technician.
