I went to Schisler Spine Centre after seeing an Instagram ad for a “free examination.” When I called to book, the receptionist asked me to pay $85 upfront, saying it was refundable the next day. When I showed up for the examination the next day, they refused to refund the amount. The receptionist claimed a reason that I was never clearly told before and which I honestly do not recall agreeing to. This felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. I highly recommend the Schisler Spine Center. I started treatment recently because of a flare up of back pain. I got relief after the first visit and have continued to improve with chiropractic treatment. Everyone on staff is so friendly, positive and genuinely interested in my well being. I am so grateful that I can walk without pain!
