Useless company
Our burwood NSW building constantly experience poor service where there’s only one lift and whenever we ask for Service Schindler will pushback for delays until it fully breaks down and does not operate for one week. It still hasn’t been fixed and they’re ignoring strata follow ups. Do not ever consider this company to install your lifts! Extremely poor Service and unreliable.
Our experience with Schindler has been extremely disappointing and concerning. We live in the building at 24 Carlingford Road epping and have an active contract under which we pay quarterly for lift maintenance. To our surprise, we discovered that Schindler charged us for maintenance that was not actually carried out. This raises serious concerns about the honesty and reliability of the service they provide. Very worst company. My apartment lift has broken since more than one week. Still they didn’t fix it. Customer service also very very bad service. We lives in 5th floor and I’m also pregnant. I can’t to go up and down with big belly and also due date is nearly. How to faced medical emergency. We explained our situation. But still, didn’t fix it. Very bad company.
