The repair team of Justin and Hiro were very professional, knowledgable and personable. Highly recommend them to repair your elevator.
I very unfortunately live in a building that has Schindler elevators. I’ve live in this 15 floor building with 4 elevators for 3 years now and throughout the entirety of my time there we are lucky enough to have 1 MAYBE 2 elevators working at any given time. Literally DAILY we get email updates from the office about something else that has gone wrong with the elevators and the vast majority of the time it IS the fault of Schindler. David Evans is the best service tech this company has, he is always on time, fast and efficient.
These people are the worst with follow through and keeping appointments. Encouraged mgmt to find another company for service.
