These people are the worst with follow through and keeping appointments. Encouraged mgmt to find another company for service.
We had one elevator down when the tech left we had two down. They never come when they say, and if they do show up they are only here for a short time and leave without fixing anything. Our elevators have been down almost two weeks now. This building is only 5 months old. I think it is time to hire a different company.
Elevator in clackamas Scouters Mountain has been down two times alone in our building in the first year of operation, first time was out for over a week with no response from this company to our management. lots of old people that live on the top floor forced to leg it up 4 stories, this time it’s been 6 days & they’ve missed monday tuesday & now wednesdays appointment to come fix the elevator, & that’s just in our building I know they’ve gone down in the other 3 as well. Very poor customer service
