Turns out Schindler takes down reviews from people who are unhappy with them. I had previously left a review about how poor Schindler's service is and how their customer service is even worse because they won't even pretend to help people who simply live in a building serviced by one of their elevators. Here's the deal, though, my building lost elevator service on July 14, 2024. Schindler is a top notch elevator company. While their immense size can be overwhelming, our sales rep, Adam Moorehead, makes us feel like a valued client event though we are a small customer.

I just want to thank the Schindler Elevator Dream Team of Big Kenny, Mark and Adam. These guys are exceptional - they are knowledgeable , posses great technical skills and constantly demonstrate professionalism and kindness throughout the service experience. From the office to the field, these guys will have you covered.

This place has left our company hanging on more than one occasion. Waiting for a quote for over a week now after they came out and diagnosed the problem. I've tried calling them 3 times so far and no answer from anyone. Service guy seems to only want to work on overtime hours because that's the first thing they ask to approve.
