DO NOT buy an elevator from these folks or use them for service. They installed an elevator at Sunrise Senior Living - Granite Run in October 2025 and it has been down close to 20 times since. On July 4, as families were celebrating the holiday at Sunrise, the elevator went down three times. Lots of excuses - waiting for parts, flying in experts, etc. Families and residents have had it. If I could have chosen less than one star, I would have.
The guy who works for this company with the license plate XTA-G38 cannot drive for his life.

I have nothing to do with the company and have only noticed their poor service which I think potential customers should know about. The Schindler escalator at IKEA Philadelphia has been out of order for at least two months, more likely three. Imagine installing something as critical and expensive as a Schindler escalator, it breaks, and it sits broken and unusable for months. I have had interactions with a lot of subcontractors (plumbers. electricians, elevators etc) My interactions with Adam Moorhead (and Gerry K -my on site guy) are top notch. Both are responsive and understand the issues with an elevator going out of service in a one elevator building. They try to prevent these issues before they happen. If you do business with Schindler Elevators & Escalators in the Philadelphia/Delaware region, I highly recommend that you ask to have Adam as your rep.
