By far the worst compnay ever !!!
The motto of this company should be "overpromise and underdeliver". I live in a building with a Schindler elevator, and it's broken down twice within the last year. It is like pulling teeth trying to get a technician to come and repair it. They will provide a service date and not show up until days later. They will lie to your face and tell you that a problem has been fixed when it has not. And god forbid you need a replacement part, because then you will be out of service for weeks to months. Turns out Schindler takes down reviews from people who are unhappy with them. I had previously left a review about how poor Schindler's service is and how their customer service is even worse because they won't even pretend to help people who simply live in a building serviced by one of their elevators. Here's the deal, though, my building lost elevator service on July 14, 2024.
