We used to be with 5 Star and they sold to Schindler, so far we are beyond disappointed and even distressed at the COMPLETE LACK OF APATHY they have shown for our residents. Our elevator broke down on Sunday November 17th, given that we have a contract with them we decided to wait until the next morning would be best to be mindful of how we use our HOA resources rather than incurring an emergency visit rate where there was no guarantee anyone would come quickly anyway. This company does not even rate one star for a review. It is my understanding you service the elevator on the property of the Extended Stay America Murphy Canyon in San Diego. You can't give a rating to a company does not even do its job. We have been a resident here for some time. The elevator has been down more than it is up.
