Excellent company with great maintenance workers.
Someone dropped car keys inside the elevator shaft. Called resident manager for help, she called the elevator technician. The technician came pretty quick, about 15 after we called. When he came, he said it will cost us $3000 to get the keys. After negotiations, he said $2000. After calling property manager, he said $1500. I told him I respectfully decline his service. He said he will still bill us $1500 for having him to come. The company is Schneider Elevator.
