Our church signed a contract in 2009. The contract lasts 10 years and AUTO RENEWS for another 10 years without the need for another contract or even a courtesy letter sent to remind us of the renewal date. The contract allows Schindler to increase the price at anytime without consent. Essentially, we are locked into a 10 year contact (now a 20 year contract) without any say on how much we must pay each year.
