This elevator company services 441 E. Erie and a cable broke in Dec 2025 in Elevator Car 4 and a resident dropped 4 floors twice and it took them 4 hours to get him out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET KILLED.
Zero stars, my building has had on again off again downtime...out a total of 6 months out of 12....how can they even operate as a company...wish another company could replace them, but told they are better at using ironclad contracts than producing working elevators...terrible at repairing them, worse when showing up...last year did not show up for 5 months, said it took that long to manufacture a part... just incompetent..
I was stuck in one of their elevators for 2 hours. It sucked and was very hot. Do not recommend.
Schindler is the worst elevator manufacturer and service provider there is! The elevator in our condo building has broken down four times in a week and each time their tech leaves after the repair it ceases to operate within the hour. One resident had to call the fire department to be rescued when it broke down the third time. Unfortunately we're stuck with their incompetence.
