I live in a 55*community in Austin. One of our elevators stopped working on Tuesday. An emergency call was made by our manager on Tuesday. It’s now Thursday afternoon and no one has bothered to show up. The technician was supposed to come on Wednesday, didn’t show up. Terrible service they have not done a monthly pm check in almost a year even though there paid monthly for it. Every time they show up to fix inspections. They due a few small thing say they will be back and never come back. And have had a service ticket in for over half a year still not fixed. No one is held accountable in the company.
It is completely impossible to reach someone in the Austin office. Service line can't assist with scheduling for a floor replacement. Gave 2 stars because when I have been able to get techs, they were both great.
