I live at 422 at the Lake, and Schindler has been a nightmare elevator situation. 2 of 3 elevators have been down for 6 months and the third elevator is down almost everyday day, causing so much headache. Living on the 6th floor of that building is a nightmare and I’m embarrassed for Schindler and how incapable their elevators and elevator maintenance teams are.
[UPDATE] After a whole week of no response to the email they provided to me below, they responded directing me to my property email, who has said, and can only say, "we're waiting on Schindler." This company is complete joke with no sense of urgency, and is full of empty promises. I swear, they install their parts halfway broken just to get more money by coming out to fix them.
